Value of house when fixed approx 108,000
Want to roll in cost to repair roof of approx 4000.
Loan from my husband & myself to Son & daughter in law for approx 5,200.
Buy wife out of equity.  Her portion will be based on house as is in present condition, approx. 82,000 after bills are paid since she let the house payment get so far behind it took $3,800 (approx) to catch up.  $1,400.00 for appliances she needed and never made a payment on.  Currently they are going through a divorce.
Need to know what rates are, want a 0 point loan, all costs rolled in.  current rate is 7.6 I think.  want to lower payment.
Will insure that work is done (roof) paid out of proceeds at closing.  Addl. repairs of $4,000 + is insurance for water damage to carpet, and painting of house.  I have estimates for cost of repairs that I can scan and send to you if you have a fax.

I have a friend who would like to work from home…does anyone know of a company he can call on that is licensed in mutli state…who he can sign on under to work deals he has from all over…he wants to work out of his home…fha/va/ all types of loans………….is there anyone that someone knows of  he can call on…been in the business for 10 yrs… jeff
